Womb Reiki is a gentle, intention-led energy healing practice focused on the womb space as a centre of wisdom, creativity, and power. Sessions support energetic clearing, restoration, and reconnection—inviting women to reclaim sovereignty, safety, and trust within their own bodies.

As a Tantra Teacher, I bring slow, consent-based, trauma-informed Tantric practices into my work at Root & Remember. These tools are rooted in embodiment and energetic healing, supporting women to:

Distance Crystal Healing uses the energy of crystals to support balance, alignment, and energetic wellbeing, no matter where you are. Each session is tailored to your needs, working with the vibrations of carefully selected crystals to clear blockages, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony to your energy field.

Crystal Grids are thoughtfully arranged patterns of crystals designed to amplify intention, focus energy, and support transformation. Whether for grounding, healing, or activating new possibilities, grids act as energetic maps that guide and enhance your personal growth journey.
