Hi, I'm Kerry
This work is deeply personal to me.
It was born not just from training or experience, but from my own journey of moving through trauma, disconnection, and finding my way back home to my body.
I know what it is to feel unsafe within yourself… to feel disconnected, to survive by leaving your body. And I also know what it takes to gently return—to rebuild that sense of safety, to reconnect with your womb, and to begin again, layer by layer.
Everything I offer comes from this lived experience, from years of walking this path, and from a deep devotion to healing on every level—mind, body, energy, and soul.
This is not just the work I do—
it is who I am.

This practice is for you is you want a gentle first step into your own body and womb. As women we are often taught to leave our bodies and search outside of ourselves for guidance. But I here to remind you that our Feminine Power is not outside but within.
When we drop back into our sacred bodies, we reclaim so much intuition, safety, power and soul guidance.
Learning to trust our bodies and wombs is essential for us as women, especially women who are struggling with dissociation.
This free guided journey is a gentle, trauma-informed invitation to reconnect with your body and womb. Created with care and nervous-system awareness, it offers a soft starting point—supporting you to feel into safety, presence, and subtle aliveness at your own pace. Maybe after spending a long time living outside of your body, it can feel safer outside of your own skin.
Through guided awareness and intention, you’ll be supported to begin rebuilding trust with your body—without forcing, without reliving, without pressure.

Our online school is filled with professional training for aspiring lightworkers, mystics, healers and medicine women. All accredited by the IPHM. Including an online platform, practitioner manual and feedback on your case studies once submitted before you receive your certification.

I first went to Kerry to have some Reiki treatments, when I was dealing with some very stressful situations. I have had Reiki in the past, but I have never experienced anything compared to Kerry’s work. Totally amazing! I have also been to a couple of her workshops, where she has taught me how to meditate which had been so freeing and relaxing atmosphere. I did my Angelic Reiki Masters Workshop with Kerry , she is a such a wonderful and gifted teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable on her subject matter and explained everything to a high standard in a way which I could understand. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient , warm, friendly and accommodating throughout the whole weekend. It is obvious she is extremely passionate about her work and she is somebody that absolutely lives and breathes her teachings.
Her Workshop Space is a welcoming, arty and cosy space for anybody that is looking to transform themselves spiritually. I can see that I will be going back there many times in the future as I went in feeling tired, exhausted and unmotivated and came out feeling inspired, empowered and ready and able to create a new reality!
If you are looking to do Reiki/Spiritual Workshops or hire a Coach I cannot recommend this lady enough she has been an absolute Star, she really goes the extra mile for her students! I am so thankful and blessed she came into my life!
